The Water Utilities Department is located on Nashua Street between Lorden Plaza (Shaw’s) and Dunkin Donuts, look for our granite sign. All Water Utility Billing business is conducted at this location.

DSG Backflow Preventer Services will begin testing Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) Backflow Preventers in Milford, New Hampshire starting January 2026, in compliance with New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA) 485.

We will also continue conducting surveys of all commercial properties. If your property has not yet been surveyed and you require a specific appointment, please let us know so we can schedule a date that works for you.

The Milford Water Department’s deadline for testing is February 27, 2026.

To schedule your test for a specific date and time, please contact us via phone or email by December 23, 2025, and include your service address along with your preferred date and time.

If we do not hear from you to schedule, please be aware that we will still need to complete the required survey and/or testing and may stop by your property during the testing period without a prior appointment.

All residential properties with outside irrigations systems, please ignore this email.
