Town Clerk notice: In June we could not send out the renewals as we were going to a one check system. This changed the software and we had to make sure it all worked before we sent out the renewal reminders. Once that was done I sent out email reminders and found that I received back far more renewals just from that than I did the mailed notices. Every month we send out 1000+ mailed renewals and we get back as un-deliverable 300+. It looked to me to be a cost savings that would allow me to extend the hours. I am currently working on extending the hours to 4:30 each day and adding a Saturday. All renewals can be received by email and I am making accommodations for those that do not have email. You can call the town clerks office any time to get total for you renewal and we can print the current months registrations out for you in the office for you to pick up. August registrations will be sent by e-mail. Please pass the word and have everyone call us with their e-mail address, or come in. Sorry again for any inconvenience. Joan Dargie Town Clerk
The Town Clerk's Office is responsible for the registration and management of all vital events occurring within the Town. Those vital events include births, marriages, and deaths. In addition to vital records, the Office records all official documents of the Town of Milford.
